SUPPLIES

Tube Art Copyright Ismael Rac, you can purchase it at AMI

Fonts used: Champaign & Limosines, Century Gothic

Filters Used: Alien Skin: Gradient Glow & Extrude (optional)

Ok, let's get started.

Create a new image 600x200

Pick 2 colors from your tube of choice,
I chose red and black,
foreground red,
background black.
Change the foreground to gradient
with the settings: Angle-45
Repeats-2, Style-linear. Hit OK

Now take your tube,
I chose one from Ismael Rac that has a nice close up,
I copied and pasted the close up 2 times,
each as a new layer,
moving one to the right side of the tag
and one to the left,
focusing on different parts of the tube.
(see mine for placement)
Change layer properties to lighten.

Next I took the regular tube
Copy and paste as a new layer
move to the center of your signature tag
(see mine for placement)
Change layer properties to lighten.

Take your preset shape tool
Set it to rectangle
Background red, foreground null
Make a thin rectangle toward the bottom of your image
(see my image for placement and size)
Layer opacity @ 50%

Take your text tool
Choose Century Gothic
I used size 4 and anti alias set on OFF
Blackground black
Foreground null
Type in whatever text you want
Place in center of your red rectangle
See my image for placement

With the Ismael tube I purchased
there is a seperate layer
with the phrase
"Fuck Valentines"
(If you do not have this you can add whetever text here)
Copy and paste as a new layer
on your image
Go to -
Effects
Alien Skin
Impact
Gradient Glow
And use the settings from my screen below.

Next go to
Effects
Alien Skin
Extrude
And use the settings from my screen below

Add the drop shadow settings
from my screen below

Highlight your background layer
go to Selections
select all
modify
select/selection borders
Set to settings from my screen below

Add a new raster layer,
Flood fill with your original gradient
go to Adjust
Add/Remove noise
Set to settings from my screen below

Highlight your border layer
right click on it
choose "Arrange" & "Bring to top"

Add drop shadow
Set to settings from my screen below

Add your copyright

Add your name

Save as a .PNG

AVATAR

For your Avatar,
Get your select tool
Set it to "square"
And select part of your image
Go to edit
Copy Special
Copy Merged
Right click somewhere in PSP
Paste as a new image
Go to "Image"
Resize
Set it to resize by pixel
set to 150x150
Add the border as we did for the signature
Add your name and copyright
Save as .PNG
