This tutorial was written by Paradise Designs on Jan 8 2010 and is based on a design of my own concept and any similarities are purely coincidental.
I'm using the amazing artwork of Ismael Rac. You need a license to use his work. You can Purchase one at AMI.
Supplies:
Tube of Choice
Font of Choice
Missy's Template 318, you can grab it HERE.
Plug Ins:
Eye Candy 4000 - Chrome
Penta - Jeans
Eye Candy - Gradient Glow (optional)
Lets get going...
Open Missy's template and duplicate (shift+D). Delete original temp and copyright info.
Highlight the Pink Circle. Selections-Select All- Float-Defloat. Add a new raster layer. Flood fill with a color from your tube. Select None. Delete the pink circle. Go to Adjust-Add/Remove Noise-Add noise of 48 Random and Monchrome checked. Add a drop shadow.
Highlight the Frame Background 1. Selections-Select All- Float-Defloat. Add a new raster layer. Flood with the same color as the circle. Select None. Delete the original. Go to Effects-PlugIns-Penta-Jeans and use these settings:

Border Width 3
Highlight the Frame 1 layer. Selections-Select All- Float-Defloat. Add a new raster layer. Flood fill with a different color from your tube. Select None. Delete the original. Go to Adjust-Add/Remove Noise-Add noise of 80 Random and Monchrome checked. Add a drop shadow.
Highlight the Black Circle layer. Selections-Select All- Float-Defloat. Add a new raster layer. Flood fill with the same color you used on the frame. Select None. Delete the original. Go to Effects-Texture Effects-Blinds use these settings:

Horizontal and Light from the top are checked
Now go to Effects-Texture Effects-Weave and apply these settings:

Weave and Gap Color use the same color you did on the blinds
Fill Gaps checked
Highlight the Large Star layer. Go to Effects-PlugIns-Eye Candy 4000-Chrome and use these settings:

Add a drop shadow to the star. Now do the same thing for Small Star 1, 2, and 3.
Highlight the Frame Background 2. Selections-Select All- Float-Defloat. Add a new raster layer. Set your forground and your background color to 2 colors from your tube. Right click on your forground color. Click on the gradient tab. Find the Foreground/Background gradient. Change the Angle to 36 and the Repeats to 1. Hit OK. Flood fill the new raster layer with the gradient. Keep Selected. Delete the original.
Copy and Paste your tube. Place the face in the selection. Invert Selection and hit delete on your keyboard. Select None. Duplicate tube. On top tube layer Adjust-Blur-Gaussian Blur of 3. Change the Blend mode to overlay. On the bottom tube change the blend mode to Luminance (Legacy).
Highlight the Frame 2 layer. Selections-Select All- Float-Defloat. Add a new raster layer. Flood fill with the same color you used on frame 1. Select None. Delete the original. Go to Adjust-Add/Remove Noise-Add noise of 80 Random and Monchrome checked. Add a drop shadow.
Copy and Paste Your Tube. Resize if needed. Place in the middle. Add a drop shadow.
Now you can keep Missy's wordart or delete it and make your own. If you make your own(like I did) this is the Gradient Glow setting I used:

Add a drop shadow to the wordart.
Highlight the Thin Rectangle layer. With your magic wand tool click on the black part. Add a new raster layer. Flood fill with a color from your tube. Select None. Delete the original. Add the same gradient glow settings. Add a drop shadow
Now like the wordart you can keep the pixel words or delete them and make your own. Its up to you. If you do choose to do your own I used Type Writer pixel font. Just place it inbetween the stars and duplicate till you go all the way across.
Add your copyright and Name. Delete your white background and Merge Visable. Save as a PNG
You're done!!
Thanks for trying my tutorial! Hope you had fun.
