~Supplies~

~Tube/s of choice - I'm using the lovely work of artist Barbara Jensen, Barbara Jensen, www. eroticartistgallery.com. You can get Barbara's tubes HERE - please don't use without a license.
~Scrap kit of choice - I've used an exquisite kit by Cora's Creations entitled "Angelic" which can be purchased at Pimp My Tags with Scraps. I have many more plans for this dreamy, versatile kit ;)
~Mask - you can use any mask you like of course, but to get the effect I did you'll need UFmask3 by Urban Fairy, which you can get HERE (post date Oct 17, 2008). Thank you Sunf!!
~Filter - Eye Candy 3.1 drop shadow
~Fonts of choice - I've used Oh La La (a pixel font) and Precious
~My mini template HERE

~♥~ Let's Begin ~♥~

1. Open my template included and angelic pp12 - copy and paste paper onto template dropping below squares in layer palette - Image - resize paper 110% all layers un-checked. Click on your crop tool - find your snap crop tool as below and click on it:

and tap twice on the center of your canvas with your mouse, this crops the paper to the size of the canvas.

2. Layers - find URmask3 and apply - merge group. Resize mask layer 112% and position so the square fit just inside it on the left side.

3. Open 3 papers to paste onto your squares - I've used 04, 05, & 11 from top to bottom. To do this resize each paper by 50% - select a square by using your magic wand tool - paste the paper onto that square - Selections - invert - delete - select none - repeat with each square. On your original black squares - Selections - select all - float - defloat - modify - expand by 2 - add new layer - flood fill with white - select none - Adjust - add noise - uniform/monochrome/50 - delete black squares. Highlight paper squares - merge down - drop shadow 2, 2, 68. 4.00.

4. Open bow02 - copy and paste onto canvas - resize 80% - paste on top of top square centered. Use eye candy drop shadow 9, 28, 37

5. Open frame02 - resize 70% - copy and paste onto canvas using my tag as an example for positioning. Use your freeform selections tool and trace around the inside of the frame (no need to be too careful) - open paper02 - resize 50% - copy and paste below frame in your layer palette - Selections - invert - delete - select none. On the frame add eye candy drop shadow 9, 6, 37 - merge down.

6. Add a leaf and flower cluster to the bottom left corner of your frame - I'll leave the choices up to you of which ones you prefer to use, but before you merge them add a drop shadow of 0, 0, 42, 7.00 to each piece. I resized each of mine 15%. Once set open paper stars - resize 75% - copy and paste on frame using my example as a guide - add eye candy drop shadow 9, 6, 35.

7. Open your tube/s - duplicate and close original/s. The tube I used has one layer with wings and one without, so I resized the one without wings enough so it fit inside the bottom 2 of the squares, for any overflow, on squares layer - select all - float - defloat - invert - back to tube layer - delete - select none. Change the blend mode to luminance or whichever fits your tube better.

8. Using your main tube now - copy and paste just above frame02 layer resizing as needed. She should appear as if she's coming out of the frame (the metamorphosis) so I carefully used my freeform selections tool and cut off the part of her legs that overflowed the frame - add eye candy drop shadow 9, 28, 37 to the tube.

9. Open butterflies tube - resize 60% - paste ON TOP of main tube for now. Move it slightly to the upper right using my example as your guide. Using your freeform selections tool, cut out a few of the butterflies that will be hidden but your tube and other elements and paste them about your canvas. Once satisfied, merge your butterflies together and drop to just above your squares layer in your layer palette - add eye candy drop shadow 6, 9, 35.

10. Hide your masked layer and merge all other layers together. Un-hide your mask and now hide the other layer. Using your pixel font - anti-alias set to off and size of 8 - 10, type the word Metamorphosis around the small space around your mask (see my example). Once done, unhide tube layer, add your artist's watermark and your name and you're done!!
