find
HERE about1/2 of the way down the page.

HERE - includes my green doodle and the cat animation. I don't know
who created this cutie, but if you did please let me know and I will
either give you credit or take it down. It is named as I received it.
~♥~Let's Begin~♥~
1. Open freebie_06 - Edit - copy - Edit - paste as new image - resize
80% all layers unchecked. Image - canvas size - 700/500. We'll resize
later, close original.
2. C/P your tube for placement, resizing as needed.
3. Open addon_03 - resize 50% - c/p onto canvas moving under tube layer
- duplicate - Image - free rotate - right/10 move across canvas using my
tag as example.
4. Open addon_12_freebie_011 - highlight flower layer - Edit - copy -
move to working canvas - Edit - paste as a few layer - resize 50% - move
under heart layer placing as desired.
5. Open addon_freebie_27 - Edit - copy - Edit - paste as new layer -
resize 86% - move to bottom of layer palette and slide down till it
peeks out of the bottom only. See my tag as a guide.
6. Open provided doodle - c/p as a new layer sliding it down to cover
most of the previous layer. Recolor to match your tube if needed.
7. Add desired d/s throughout now, keeping in mind it is a busy tag so
you'll want to add a heavier one to your tube to make her stand out
which is why I suggest using shadow lab if you have it.
8. Crop and resize, add your name and your artist's watermark and if not
animating, you're done.
9. TO ANIMATE - add a new layer in psp - move to the bottom in
your layer palette - flood fill with white. Edit - copy merged
10. Open AS - Edit - paste as a new animation. Find the cat animation I
supplied you with and open that as well, notice it has 12 frames, which
means you'll need 12 frames for your tag. On your tag - right click -
duplicate selected and do this till you have 12 frames. Move the slider
to the first frame
11. On cat animation - Edit - select all - edit - copy - move to your
tag - Edit - select all - edit - paste into selected frame - place cat
where you'd like him. Run your animation to be sure you're happy with it
and you're done. Save as a gif file.
