~Supplies~
*PSP any version - I use 10
*Tube of choice - I've used an ethereal beauty from Camilla
Drakenborg which you can purchase at
AMI.
Please don't use her work without a license.

158Insatiable Dreams mask, both of which can be downloaded

amazing talent.
*Filters - AAA Filters -

*My
supply zip - includes my word art
~♥~Let's Begin~♥~
1. Open a new 700x700 transparent image, we can crop and resize
later. Flood fill with white. Add new raster layer - Selections -
select all - paste pp9 into selection - select none. Layers - load
mask - find 157Insatiable Dreams mask, fit to layer - merge group -
mirror. Add new raster layer - Selections - select all - paste pp10
into selection - select none. Layers - load mask - find
158Insatiable Dreams mask, fit to layer - merge group.
2. Open light-bubbles - c/p as new layer placing where desired -
change blend mode to screen
3. C/p frame-01 onto canvas, resize 80% & move towards the bottom of
the canvas - Selections - select all - float - defloat - c/p pp4 as
a new layer covering frame - invert - tap delete - select none.
Effect - AAA Filters Edge Art - threshold 3; color edges and restore
color checked - ok. Then Adjust - Brightness/Contrast 33 & 27
respectively. Add a drop shadow of your choice
4. Add a new raster layer under your frame layer. Open the texture
that you've chosen to use - resize it to 600 width - colorize it
using Adjust - hue & saturation - colorize and use the color of your
choice (I used 153-62). C/p under your frame - use your selections
tool to crop.
5. Open your tube now, c/p as a new layer and position it where
desired on top of frame layer. Trim any edges of the tube that
overhang by using your freeform selections tool. Add a very large,
light drop shadow to your tube to give her the "lift" she needs
6. C/p bead single as a new raster layer, resizing if needed (I did
not). Assuming you're using the same tube as I, move the bead under
the tube layer and position it as if the mermaid is holding onto the
bead coming "out of" the frame. See my tag for placement. Use the
same d/s as you used on your tube.
7. Highlight light bubble layer in your layer palette. C/p angelic
splash, magical moon and then beads-01 positioning where desired
using my tag as a guideline. Open my word art - c/p where desired
changing blend mode to screen - duplicate if needed as I did.
8. Resize your tag now, then add your artist's copyright info and
your name and you're done. I used the following bevel on my name:
