~Supplies~

*PSP - any version (I use X)
*Scrapkit of choice - The beauty I've used is from Designs by Sarah called "Blissful" and can be purchased for a VERY low price at Pimp My Tags With Scraps
*Tube of choice - Once again I've used the gorgeous work of Ismael Rac which can be purchased at AMI. Please don't use without a license.
*Font of choice - I've used Carlotta which you can download HERE.
*Preset ellipse shape - comes with all versions of psp.

~♥~Let's Begin~♥~

1. Open new transparent image 750x700, we can resize later. C/p frame 2 onto
canvas, resize 80%.

2. Open frame 1 - c/p as new layer - resize 70% - Image - free rotate - rotate left 10.
C/p image to canvas under frame - use freeform selections tool around part of tube
you want outside of frame - Selections - promote selection to layer - select none -
move on top of frame. Again, freeform selections tool on frame layer around frame -
invert - highlight main tube layer - invert - tap delete - Selections - invert again - open
pp3 - resize 50% - c/p as a new layer and move under frame layer - Selections invert
- tap deletes - select none.

Add d/s to frame 1 & promoted selection piece of tube; 2, 2, 38, 7.00 color #404040.
Merge together these with main tube layer at this time. Hide this frame now for a bit.
Move slightly to the left of your canvas (use mine as a guide)

3. Grab your preset shape tool set to ellipse, width 3, foreground any color because
you'll be deleting it and background null. Pull out a circle above your frame 2 layer
resting on the hearts as so:

Convert to raster layer and move below frame 2 layer. Grab your magic wand and
tap inside this circle - open pp2 - c/p as a new layer - Selections - invert - tap delete -
selections none. Delete preset shape layer.

4. Open tube once again - c/p as a new layer above frame 1 layer - mirror and move
to the right. On circle layer - Selections - select all - float - defloat - invert - move up
to tube layer & tap delete - select none. This gets rid of any overhang. Use your
freeform selections tool once again this time on the frame 2 near the tube layer -
promote to layer - move above tube image - select none. Back to tube layer -
duplicate - on this layer Adjust - blur - Gaussian blur of 3 - change blend mode to
screen. On original tube layer change blend mode to luminance legacy.

5. Open wa1 (BLISS) - resize 50% - c/p as new layer onto canvas moving down to
bottom of circle, add d/s of 2, 2, 38, 7.00 color #404040. Open bracket1 - c/p as a
new layer to the left side of BLISS - duplicate - mirror - on both brackets Image - free
rotate - right 10 - position around wa - add ds of 1, 1, 67, 3.00 color #404040.

6. Open lipstick kiss - resize 75% - Adjust - add noise - uniform, 50, monotone - c/p
as new layer where desired.

7. Merge visible - resize to desired size now - all layers unchecked. Open chrome
swirl - c/p as new layer moving to bottom of canvas and when satisfied with
placement, move under merged layer.

8. Add your artist's copyright, your name, crop as desired and enjoy your new tag.
